Give your body an iron-packed juice hit

During IVF, it’s important to keep your iron levels up. But the sooner you start filling your body full of iron-rich foods, the better. I started making this juice about twice a week while I was waiting for my IVF treatment. I found that it gave me energy and I really loved the taste, too.
Give it a try. All of the ingredients are easy to get your hands on, so add these to your weekly shopping list and give your body a regular iron attack.

The Iron Attack juice

  • A handful of spinach
  • Two leaves of Swiss chard
  • A good chunk of watermelon (with rind, if organic)
