During IVF, it’s important to keep your iron levels up. But the sooner you start filling your body full of iron-rich foods, the better. I started making this juice about twice a week while I was waiting for my IVF treatment. I found that it gave me energy and I really loved the taste, too.

- A handful of spinach
- Two leaves of Swiss chard
- A good chunk of watermelon (with rind, if organic)
