Some IVF patients complain of minor hair loss during their treatment. This doesn’t happen to every woman but it can cause distress if you find that you start experiencing it. Either way, it’s best to be prepared and to keep your locks radiant and nourished.
Taking good care of your hair during IVF can also do wonders for your self-esteem. And, don’t forget that during this time you will be drinking more water than you’ve ever drunk before, so enjoy your hair’s new-found shiny overcoat and the compliments that come with it. You will be the picture of health by the end of your treatment, as long as you take the time to look after yourself.
Honey is a naturally hydrating ingredient for hair. In addition to helping moisturise the hair, it is also well known for preventing hair loss.
To make this hair mask, you need to mix honey with some castor oil, which you can usually find in health and beauty shops or online. Add these ingredients to the egg yolk and keep stirring until it has fully mixed.
